Clinic of health food The results of the clinical tests which have been carried out in the Clinic of health food in the Institute of nutrition of RAMS, evidence that the BAC "Antiox+" have an effective influence on lipidic exchange, which leads to decrease of cholesterol level in blood plasma of 10 %, and decrease of trihlycerides of 24%. During studying the system of POL-antioxidant protection the increase of activity of enzyme of catalase antioxidizing protection primary link of 15 % was discovered. Whereas the concentration of components of nonenzymatic antioxidant protection in blood plasma was increasing (vitamin A - of 27%, vitamin E - of 28%, vitamin C - of 31%), including the approved BAC into food intake also contributed to decrease of the level of primary and secondary products of POL in blood plasma.
